ACME Solar Holdings Limited announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, ACME Greentech Seventh Private Limited, has executed two Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with SJVN Limited. These agreements are for contract capacities of 300 MW and 150 MW, aggregating to a total capacity of 450 MW under a Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy (FDRE) Power Project. The PPAs were executed on March 02, 2026. The project has a scheduled commencement of supply date (SCSD) of March 01, 2028, and a project tenure of 25 years from the SCSD. The size of the project is 300 MW and 150 MW for the FDRE power project, with a tariff of ₹6.74 per unit. This development follows up on a previous intimation dated November 11, 2025. The company has confirmed that SJVN Limited is a domestic entity and that the orders do not fall within related party transactions, being conducted at arm's length.
