ADF Foods Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Jeetendra Joshi, General Manager – Supply Chain, who is designated as Senior Management Personnel of the Company. Mr. Joshi tendered his resignation to pursue new opportunities and challenges. The resignation is effective from the closure of business hours on 28th February 2026. The company has stated that its Supply Chain operations will continue to run smoothly and remain unaffected by this change. There is no other material reason for the resignation cited other than the pursuit of new opportunities.
