Affle 3i Limited announced that Mr. Anuj Kumar (DIN: 01400273) has resigned from his position as Non-Executive Director of the company. The resignation will be effective from April 16, 2026. Mr. Kumar will also step down from all executive and non-executive roles in the subsidiaries and step-down subsidiaries of the company, including his role as Director, also effective from April 16, 2026. The company has received a resignation letter from Mr. Kumar, which has been attached to the announcement. Further details as required under Regulation 30 read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are provided in Annexure A. Mr. Kumar stated that he is resigning for personal reasons as he approaches the completion of 20 years with Affle on April 5, 2026, and plans to pursue his passions. He also mentioned that he recently acquired 100,000 equity shares of the Company, which has been disclosed with the Stock Exchanges under SEBI Regulations. He confirmed that there are no material reasons for his resignation other than those stated.
