Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited has announced a change in its senior management structure, effective June 2, 2026. Consequently, Mr. Atul Suri, Senior Vice President - Sales & Marketing, and Mr. Prag Goel, Vice President - Sales & Marketing, will cease to be designated as Senior Management Personnel of the Company. This change is a result of an internal restructuring of the reporting hierarchy. Following this adjustment, both Mr. Suri and Mr. Goel will now report to Mr. Ramesh Juneja, Executive Vice President – Human Health (Sales and Marketing), India Business. The company has provided detailed information regarding these changes as per SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
