Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Limited (APIL) has released the minutes of the Forty-sixth (46th) meeting of the Committee of Creditors (CoC) for its 'Fernhill Project' located in Gurgaon, Haryana. The meeting was held on December 21, 2025, and was conducted virtually. During the meeting, the CoC reviewed and approved the minutes of the 45th CoC meeting held on December 15, 2025. A significant discussion revolved around the revised resolution plan submitted by M/s Krish Infrastructure Private Limited. The Resolution Professional (RP) provided updates on the vetting of the plan by legal counsel and discussions held with homebuyers regarding their queries and observations. Several tower-wise meetings with homebuyers are scheduled for the upcoming week. The CoC also discussed and approved an updated list of claims received after the Hon'ble NCLT order dated November 17, 2025, pursuant to Regulation 13(1B) of IBBI (CIRP) Regulations, 2016. A total of 11 new claims were received, with a total claimed amount of ₹5.08 crore. Of this, ₹3.20 crore was deemed acceptable, ₹45.09 lakh was not acceptable, and ₹1.98 crore is currently under verification. The CoC resolved to recommend these claims for inclusion in the list of creditors. The RP will submit these claims to the Adjudicating Authority for condonation of delay and adjudication where applicable. The meeting was attended by the Resolution Professional, Mr. Jalesh Kumar Grover, his team, the Authorized Representative of Home Buyers (Ms. Aakriti Sood), and an unsecured financial creditor (Mr. Vinod Kumar Saini). The suspended directors of APIL were noted as absent. The meeting concluded at 4:00 PM on December 23, 2025.
