Arshiya Limited has announced that its Forty-Third (43rd) Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, March 27, 2026, at 12:30 P.M. IST, via Video Conference/Other Audio-Visual Means. The meeting will cover the Audited Standalone Financial Statements for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2024, including the Balance Sheet, Statement of Profit and Loss, and Cash Flow Statement, along with the reports of the Resolution Professional and Auditors. Due to the ongoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and the financial data not being finalized by certain subsidiaries, the company will take note of the non-preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements for FY 2023-24. Additionally, the meeting will address the non-applicability of director retirement by rotation for FY 2023-2024, as the Board's powers remain suspended and are exercised by the Resolution Professional during the CIRP. The company is undergoing CIRP initiated by Punjab National Bank for an alleged default of ₹193.24 crore. The NCLT admitted the application on April 23, 2024, and Mr. Pankaj Mahajan was appointed as the Resolution Professional. The Integrated Annual Report, including the AGM notice and other statutory reports for FY 2023-24, has been enclosed and is also available on the company's website.
