The Board Meeting, which commenced at 11:30 AM and concluded at 12:10 PM on July 07, 2026, also authorized key managerial personnel for determining the materiality of information and making disclosures to the stock exchanges under SEBI LODR Regulations. The authorized personnel include Mr. Gokul M. Jaykrishna (Managing Director), Mr. Maulik P. Shah (Chief Financial Officer), and Mr. Joseph Saji Varghese (Company Secretary & Compliance Officer), all effective from July 07, 2026. Mr. Maulik P. Shah is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in financial planning, treasury management, and strategic finance. He previously served as General Manager - Accounts with AIA Engineering Limited and held a similar position at Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning India Limited. He is not debarred by SEBI or any other authority from holding such positions.
