Asahi Songwon Colors Limited announced that Mr. Pratik Shah has tendered his resignation from the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with immediate effect, as per his letter dated April 09, 2026. The resignation is due to personal reasons, and the company confirms that there are no other material reasons behind his departure. The company also stated that the aforesaid resignation will be placed before the Board of Directors at its ensuing Board Meeting for noting. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, are enclosed as Annexure A.
