The declaration confirms that neither he nor any persons acting in concert have created any new encumbrances, directly or indirectly, on their shares in the company during the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This declaration has been made to the Audit Committee of Happiest Minds Technologies Limited and also submitted to the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
