Atal Realtech Limited has been awarded a Civil and Electrical works contract by the Public Works Department (PWD), Government of Maharashtra, for the construction of PWD Rest House Pratapgad in Nashik. The company emerged as the Lowest Bidder (L1) for the tender, which has an approximate value of ₹24.92 crore (Rupees Twenty-Four Crores Ninety-Two Lakhs Forty-One Thousand Nine Hundred and Sixty-One only). Further details regarding the work order and other contractual documents are awaited and will be intimated to the stock exchange upon receipt. This intimation is made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
