This preferential issuance, approved by the Board of Directors via circulation on February 05, 2026, amounts to a total consideration of ₹24,48,75,000 (₹24.49 Crore). This decision follows the Board Meeting held on December 03, 2025, and the subsequent approval from shareholders during the Extra Ordinary General Meeting on January 02, 2026.
