* Ayana Renewable Power Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ONGC NTPC Green Private Limited (50:50 JV between NTPC Green Energy Limited and ONGC Green Limited), has won a 140 MW Round The Clock (RTC) Renewable Energy (RE) Project in a REMC Limited Tender. * The tender was for the selection of project developers for the supply of 1000 MW of RTC power from grid-connected RE power projects with or without storage. * Ayana secured the 140 MW capacity at a tariff of ₹ 4.35/kWh. * The e-reverse auction was concluded on 21 November 2025.
