* Bajaj Auto International Holdings BV (BAIH), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bajaj Auto, has completed the acquisition of all 50,100 shares of Pierer Bajaj AG (PBAG) from Pierer Industrie AG (PIAG) on 18 November 2025. * This acquisition gives Bajaj Auto sole controlling stake in PBAG, and thereby a controlling stake in PIERER Mobility AG (PMAG) and KTM AG (KTM). * BAIH now holds 100% of PBAG's shareholding, which in turn holds approximately 74.9% in PMAG / KTM. * PBAG has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of BAIH and a step-down subsidiary of Bajaj Auto, effective 18 November 2025. * PMAG / KTM have also become step-down subsidiaries of BAIH and Bajaj Auto, effective 18 November 2025. * The Pierer Group has exited PBAG, PMAG, and KTM. * Pierer Bajaj AG will be renamed Bajaj Auto International Holdings AG. * PIERER Mobility AG will be renamed Bajaj Mobility AG. * Reconstitution of the Supervisory Boards and Management Boards of PBAG, PMAG and KTM has been initiated.
