Bajaj Consumer Care Limited has announced its consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company reported a total income from operations of ₹30,609.16 lakh for the quarter, an increase from ₹26,526.90 lakh in the previous quarter and ₹23,441.67 lakh in the same quarter last year. Consolidated profit before tax stood at ₹5,642.66 lakh, while profit after tax was ₹4,637.06 lakh. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, the total income from operations was ₹83,805.45 lakh, with a profit after tax of ₹12,658.53 lakh. The company also provided standalone financial results, showing a total income from operations of ₹28,687.14 lakh for the quarter and a profit after tax of ₹4,760.20 lakh. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, standalone income was ₹78,385.61 lakh, with profit after tax at ₹12,965.59 lakh. The company noted that the financial results for the current quarter and period are not comparable with the corresponding periods of the previous year due to the acquisition of the balance 51% equity share capital in Vishal Personal Care Limited completed on May 16, 2025. Furthermore, a scheme of arrangement to demerge VPCL's manufacturing and distributor undertaking was approved by the Board of Directors on July 24, 2025, which is subject to regulatory approvals.
