Bajaj Finance Limited has announced its 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. IST through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The company will consider and adopt the standalone and consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, along with the Directors' and Auditors' Reports. Key agenda items for the AGM include the declaration of a dividend for FY2026, the retirement of Rajiv Bajaj, and a change in the status of Sanjiv Bajaj to a director liable to retire by rotation. Additionally, the re-appointment of Pramit Jhaveri as an Independent Director for a second term of five years, effective August 1, 2026, will be considered.
