Bajaj Finserv Limited has announced the provisional financial performance of its unlisted insurance subsidiaries, Bajaj General Insurance Limited and Bajaj Life Insurance Limited, for the month and year-to-date period ending June 30, 2026. These figures have been submitted to the IRDAI and relevant insurance councils. Bajaj General Insurance Limited reported a Gross Direct Premium underwritten of ₹1,760 crore for June 2026, a significant increase from ₹1,445 crore in June 2025. For the period up to June 2026, the premium stood at ₹5,769 crore, compared to ₹5,171 crore up to June 2025. Bajaj Life Insurance Limited saw its new business premium collections rise substantially. For the month ended June 30, 2026, individual single premium was ₹133.46 crore and individual non-single premium was ₹606.26 crore. Group single premium was ₹735.57 crore and group yearly renewable premium was ₹28.58 crore. The total new business premium for the month reached ₹1,503.87 crore, up from ₹851.44 crore in the previous year. For the period up to June 30, 2026, total new business premium was ₹3,676.79 crore, a marked increase from ₹2,316.05 crore up to June 2025. These figures are provisional and subject to a limited review or audit by the statutory auditors.
