Bajel Projects Limited has announced that its 4th Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled to be held on Monday, August 10, 2026, at 03:00 p.m. IST. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) and Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM), with no physical presence of members at a common venue. The AGM Notice and the Annual Report for FY 2025-26 will be sent via email to members whose email addresses are registered with the company or their respective depository participants. Members are also reminded to register their email addresses. Further information regarding participation in the 4th AGM and e-voting will be provided.
