Bansal Wire Industries Limited announced strong performance for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company achieved its highest ever quarterly sales volume of 121,000 metric tons in Q3 FY26, marking a 32% year-on-year growth. For the nine-month period, total volume stood at 340,000 metric tons, a 38% year-on-year increase. The company also reported significant strategic progress with the strengthening of its specialty wire portfolio. They successfully launched Induction Hardened and Tempered (IHT) wires, adding 9,000 tons of high-performance capacity, with plans for a Phase 2 expansion to 15,000 tons within the next 2 to 3 quarters. The Low Carbon Galvanized Steel Wire (LRPC) product, launched at the Dadri facility with an 18,000-ton capacity, is also seeing strong traction. Financially, Q3 FY26 revenue stood at ₹29 crores, an 11% year-on-year growth. EBITDA increased by 19% to ₹87 crores with a margin of 8.4%, and net profit was ₹43 crores, up 4% year-on-year. For the nine-month period, revenue grew by 18% to ₹3,023 crores, EBITDA by 19% to ₹243 crores, and net profit by 7% to ₹121 crores. The company generated ₹240 crores of free cash from operations in the nine months, ahead of its full-year target. Management is confident in achieving 25% ROCE by the end of the next fiscal year. The company also addressed GST-related issues, stating that they have been largely settled with minimal financial impact. Discussions also covered the progress on steel cord business, capacity expansions in Dadri and Sanand, and a focus on increasing the share of low carbon and specialty wires in the product mix.
