The closure will be effective from Thursday, January 1, 2026. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The company will intimate the date of the Board Meeting for the declaration of these financial results in due course. This intimation is made in accordance with the company's code of conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading, adopted under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
