Bharat Coking Coal Limited has announced changes in its senior management, effective February 28, 2026. Following the superannuation of Shri Anand Kumar Dubey, General Manager (Excavation), Shri Madhup Kumar Seth has been appointed as the new General Manager / HoD (Excavation). Shri Madhup Kumar Seth has been with the company since August 26, 1989, and possesses over three decades of experience in the coal mining sector. He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mine Machinery from IIT (ISM). Additionally, on the superannuation of Shri Rakesh Behari Roy, General Manager (Mining/Industrial Engineering Department), Shri Arvind Kumar Sinha has been appointed to this role in addition to his current responsibilities as General Manager (Mining/Estate). Shri Arvind Kumar Sinha has been associated with the company since 1994 and holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering (mining) from Nagpur University, along with a first-class certificate of competency to manage a coal mine.
