BirlaNu Limited (formerly HIL Limited) has announced that its 79th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at 3:00 PM IST. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The Board of Directors, at their meeting held on May 12, 2026, had approved a final dividend of ₹15 per equity share (150%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This dividend, if declared at the AGM, will be paid on or before August 21, 2026. The payment will be credited directly to the bank accounts of members whose mandates are updated in the records of Depository Participants/Company as of the Record Date. Furthermore, the company has fixed Thursday, July 30, 2026, as the Record Date for determining the entitlement of members to this final dividend for the financial year 2025-26, in compliance with Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
