Upon receiving shareholder approval, Mr. Kamath will hold the dual role of Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer. The draft Postal Ballot Notice for seeking shareholder approval for Mr. Kamath's appointment was also approved. Mr. S. N. Kamath is a seasoned professional and the current Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He is also the promoter and has been instrumental in the company's expansion into over 60 countries and the establishment of manufacturing units. He is the father of Whole-Time Directors Dr. Vibha Gagan Sharma and Mrs. Shruti Vishal Rao. Mr. Kamath is not debarred from holding the office of Director by any SEBI order.
