Shareholders holding shares in physical form are mandated to furnish PAN, contact details, bank account details, and specimen signatures to the company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, KFin Technologies Limited. Failure to do so may affect their ability to lodge grievances, avail services, or receive payments like dividends.
