Bombay Dyeing & Mfg Company Limited has announced a special window for the re-lodgement of transfer requests for physical shares. This window will be open for a period of one year, starting from February 5, 2026, and concluding on February 4, 2027. The company is facilitating this process for shares that were 'lost' or 'destroyed' prior to April 30, 2019, but whose original transfer documents were not lodged or were found to be incomplete or forged. The notice was published in The Financial Express (English Edition) and Navshakti (Marathi Edition) on July 9, 2026. Shareholders with lost share certificates due to the aforementioned reasons are advised to submit their transfer documents to the company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agents, KFintech., at their registered office. The company has also clarified that any shares re-lodged during this period will be transferred in dematerialized form only, and the lock-in period for these shares will be for the duration of the one-year special window.
