GTL Limited has announced that the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay has allowed a Writ Petition filed by the company. The petition challenged the registration of a CBI FIR bearing number RC2192023E0003, dated January 21, 2023. By its judgment dated February 27, 2026, which was uploaded on February 28, 2026, the Hon'ble Bombay High Court has quashed the aforementioned FIR. The court has also held that no offense is made out, warranting the continuation of the investigation. The company has stated its commitment to the highest standards of governance and compliance.
