He has previously held senior leadership positions at globally recognized organizations such as Guardian Industries and Gerresheimer, overseeing complex manufacturing operations in India. In his most recent role as Plant Director at Gerresheimer, Mr. Singh was responsible for end-to-end manufacturing operations across India. He focused on enhancing safety, quality, productivity, EBITDA, and managing large-scale growth projects. Prior to that, with Guardian Industries, he managed operations, projects, and supply chain, gaining significant exposure to float glass manufacturing, capital expenditure execution, operational transformation, and performance improvement through reliability engineering. Mr. Ajay Singh holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Operations & Marketing. His expertise encompasses manufacturing excellence, project execution, quality systems, reliability engineering, cost optimization, supply chain integration, and people leadership within challenging manufacturing environments.
