Britannia Industries Limited announced significant changes in its senior management personnel following a Board of Directors meeting held on May 7, 2026. Mr. Rahul Mahajan has been elevated from his role as National Sales Head - General Trade to Vice President – Sales, effective April 1, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Chitwan Singh has been appointed as the Chief Business Officer - International Business, with his tenure commencing on June 15, 2026. Both appointments are for full-time employment. Mr. Mahajan brings over 22 years of experience in the FMCG sector, having been with Britannia for over three years. His previous roles include leadership positions at Marico Limited, L’Oréal India, and Mondelez International. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon. Mr. Singh possesses over 25 years of global experience in the FMCG sector across the United States, Africa, and India, with extensive leadership exposure in food, personal care, beauty, and home care categories, including CEO-level roles. His prior experience includes leadership positions at Godrej Consumer Products Limited and Olam International Limited, and he has previously worked with Britannia Industries Limited in various sales and marketing leadership roles. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai.
