BSE Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure will be effective from Thursday, January 1, 2026. The trading window will remain shut until 48 hours after the declaration of the company's unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The company will intimate the date of the Board Meeting for considering and approving these financial results in due course. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and BSE's Internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading.
