Confidence Petroleum India Limited has confirmed the divestment of its entire shareholding by BW LPG Shipping FZCO (formerly BW LPG Infrastructure DMCC). The divestment was effective from June 2, 2026, with the company receiving the necessary disclosure on June 3, 2026. Consequent to this divestment, all agreements entered into between Confidence Petroleum India Limited and BW LPG Shipping FZCO, pursuant to or in connection with the agreements dated November 30, 2023, have been terminated and cease to have any force or effect. BW LPG Shipping FZCO disclosed that prior to the sale, they held 2,82,29,120 shares, representing 8.50% of the total share capital. After the sale, their holding is nil. The shares were transferred via an off-market transaction on June 2, 2026. The total equity share capital of Confidence Petroleum India Limited before and after the sale remains 33,22,41,043 equity shares of face value ₹1 each.
