Canara Bank has reviewed its "Canara Bank Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading" in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and subsequent amendments. The updated code will be effective from April 1, 2026. The reviewed version of the Code of Conduct is available on the Bank’s website at https://www.canarabank.bank.in/policies.
