Canara Bank announced a change in its senior management with the resignation of Shri Mahesh M Pai, Chief General Manager of the Digital Banking Wing. His resignation was submitted via a letter dated July 7, 2026, and received by the bank on July 8, 2026. Shri Pai has requested to be relieved from his duties effective July 31, 2026, to pursue better opportunities within the banking sector. This resignation is subject to the approval of the Competent Authority within the bank. The bank has informed the stock exchanges, BSE Ltd. and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd., about this development in accordance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. Further details required by SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/l/3762/2026 dated 30.01.2026 have been enclosed as Annexure-B.
