Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited has announced the receipt of a Letter of Intent (LOI) from Ten X Realty East Limited, a subsidiary of Raymond Realty Limited. The total contract value for this LOI is approximately ₹589 Crore, excluding GST. This contract is for the Civil Core & Shell Works for the project "The Address by GS - Wadala" located at Salt Pan Division, Shastri Nagar, Wadala, Sion (E), Mumbai.
