Mr. Kaitha brings over 20 years of experience in human resources, with his last role being Executive Vice President & Head – Human Resource at IndusInd Bank. Additionally, Mr. Ateet Parikh has been appointed as the Chief Collection Officer and also designated as Senior Management Personnel (SMP). Mr. Parikh possesses over 25 years of experience in collections and debt management, having previously served as Head – Collections for Credit Cards, Car Loans, Micro Business Loans and Overdrafts at IDFC FIRST Bank. These appointments are based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and are in compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations.
