Capri Global Capital Limited has announced key appointments within its senior management team following a circular resolution passed by its Board of Directors on July 08, 2026. Mr. Ignatius Kaitha has been appointed as the Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) and designated as Senior Management Personnel (SMP). Mr. Kaitha brings over 20 years of experience in human resources, with a background in people strategy, organizational development, and talent management across the banking and financial services sector. His previous roles include Executive Vice President & Head – Human Resource at IndusInd Bank. Concurrently, Mr. Ateet Parikh has been appointed as the Chief Collection Officer and also designated as Senior Management Personnel (SMP). Mr. Parikh possesses over 25 years of experience in collections, debt management, and retail banking. His prior role was Head – Collections for Credit Cards, Car Loans, Micro Business Loans and Overdrafts at IDFC FIRST Bank. He has also held leadership positions at ICICI Bank and Standard Chartered Bank. These appointments, recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, are effective from July 08, 2026.
