Ceigall India Limited has submitted a confirmation certificate for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, as per Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018. The certificate was received from M/s. MUFG Intime India Private Limited (formerly Link Intime India Private Limited), the Company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA). MUFG Intime India Private Limited confirmed that securities received from depository participants for dematerialisation during the aforementioned quarter were processed and confirmed to the depositories. They also confirmed that the security certificates received for dematerialisation were mutilated and cancelled after verification, and the depositories' names were substituted in the register of members within the prescribed timelines.
