Cello World Limited has announced that the record date for determining the entitlement of its members to the final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, has been fixed as Friday, July 31, 2026. This dividend, if approved at the Annual General Meeting (AGM), will be paid on or after August 12, 2026, subject to applicable tax deductions. The entitlement will be based on the names appearing as beneficial owners in the list provided by NSDL and CDSL as of the close of business hours on the record date, July 31, 2026. The company has made this intimation pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
