Cemindia Projects Limited (formerly ITD Cementation India Limited) has announced a change in the names of two of its promoter entities, effective June 3rd, 2026. Renew Exim DMCC has been renamed Renew Exim FZCO, and Valiant Investment FZCO remains Valiant Investment FZCO, with both continuing to be classified as Promoter and Promoter Group entities, respectively. The company has clarified that these name changes do not affect the shareholding of these entities in Cemindia Projects Limited nor their status as part of the Promoter/Promoter Group. The company will continue to adhere to all SEBI Listing Regulations and other applicable laws regarding its promoter and promoter group entities.
