Cigniti Technologies Limited (A Coforge Company) has announced the successful completion of the change in its Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA). Following earlier intimations on July 23, 2025, and November 17, 2025, the company confirms that MUFG Intime India Private Limited will now serve as the RTA, replacing Aarthi Consultants Private Limited. This change is effective from April 09, 2026, as confirmed by letters received from National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited. Shareholders and stakeholders are advised to direct all future correspondence regarding share transfers, transmissions, IEPF claims, and unclaimed dividends to the new RTA. Additionally, in compliance with SEBI Circular No. HO/MIRSD/POD/I/3750/2026 dated January 30, 2026, a special window has been established for lodging transfer requests for physical shares executed before April 1, 2019. These requests can be submitted between February 5, 2026, and February 4, 2027, and will be processed by the new RTA according to SEBI guidelines.
