Coffee Day Enterprises Limited has received an Adjudication Order dated March 02, 2026, from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). The order, issued under Section 15-I of the SEBI Act, 1992, pertains to alleged non-compliance with certain provisions of the SEBI Act and SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, concerning financial reporting and disclosures for the financial years 2020-21 to 2023-24.
