Container Corporation of India Limited (CONCOR) has announced a change in its finance leadership. The Ministry of Railways (MOR), vide its order no. 2017/E(O)II/40/31 dated 08.04.2026, has decided to entrust Ms. Pallavi Joshi, IRAS, EDF/C&PPP, Railway Board, with the additional charge of the post of Director (Finance) at CONCOR. This appointment is effective from the date of assumption of charge and will continue until further orders, pending the approval of the Competent Authority. CONCOR is undertaking the necessary procedures as per the Companies Act 2013 and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, to formalize this appointment. The company will file the required disclosures with the stock exchanges within the stipulated timeframe.
