Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited has announced the receipt of an additional allocation under a previously established empanelment and rate contract with Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL). This new award, valued at approximately ₹64.99 Crores (excluding GST), pertains to the design, manufacture, supply, transport, installation, testing, and commissioning of Off-grid DC Solar Photovoltaic Water Pumping Systems (SPWPS). These systems are to be deployed across various locations in Maharashtra under the MTSKPY/PM-KUSUM-B scheme. The order includes a complete system warranty and a 5-year repair, maintenance, and remote monitoring system (RMS) service. The company had previously intimated receipt of the initial Letter of Empanelment and Rate Contract on July 2, 2026. The execution of this new contract is expected within 60 days from the date of issue of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) or work order.
