The Board of Directors, in a meeting held on February 05, 2026, accepted the resignation of Mr. Dharani Swaroop Raghurama from his positions as Whole-Time Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective at the close of business hours on February 05, 2026. Mr. Raghurama will continue to serve the company as a Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director. Concurrently, the Board approved the appointment of Mr. Raj Kumar Sehgal as the new Whole-Time Director and Chief Financial Officer of the company. This appointment is for a period of five years, subject to shareholder approval, and is effective from February 05, 2026. Mr. Sehgal brings over 25 years of extensive experience in compliance management, corporate legal advisory, financial management, fundraising, restructuring, and strategic management, including expertise in mergers and acquisitions. He has served on the boards of over 20 companies and has a proven track record in scaling businesses and leading fundraising efforts. Mr. Sehgal has been a Director on the Board of CTE since June 2025, ensuring a smooth transition.
