Cummins India Limited has announced that its Sixty-fifth (65th) Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, August 06, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. (IST). The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) facility, in compliance with Ministry of Corporate Affairs circulars and applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. Members holding shares as of the cut-off date, Thursday, July 30, 2026, will be eligible to attend the AGM. The company has also enclosed the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26 and the Notice convening the 65th AGM, which are being sent to members via electronic mode and made available on the company's website and the National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) website. The Annual Report highlights a landmark year for Cummins India Limited in FY 2025-26, with record annual revenue of ₹11,950 crore and record profitability. Profit Before Tax stood at ₹3,104 crore, and Profit After Tax was ₹2,330 crore. This performance was attributed to operational excellence, disciplined execution, and a deep customer focus, with strong domestic sales contributing significantly.
