On June 3, 2026, Mr. Halwasiya acquired 21,00,000 equity shares of face value Re. 1/- each in Cupid Limited through open market purchases. This acquisition has increased his shareholding from 33.13% to 33.29% of the total equity share capital. The total diluted share capital of the company after this acquisition stands at Rs. 134,70,00,000, comprising 134,70,00,000 equity shares of Re. 1/- each. The disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
