Cyient Limited announced key leadership changes following its board meeting held on March 3, 2026. The board has approved the appointment of Mr. Shrinivas Kulkarni as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company, effective April 1, 2026. Concurrently, Mr. Prabhakar Atla, the current CFO, will transition to the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO), also effective April 1, 2026. Both Mr. Kulkarni and Mr. Atla will collaborate during the transition period to ensure a smooth closure of accounts for the Financial Year 2026. Mr. Kulkarni brings extensive experience in leading finance functions, including Corporate Finance, Business Finance, Treasury, Taxation, M&A, and Investor Relations. Notably, he served as CFO of Cyient DLM Limited, overseeing its IPO in 2023, and has a background in driving financial and operational efficiency. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India and has completed Global Leadership Programs at Wharton and ISB. Mr. Atla possesses nearly 30 years of experience in Business and P&L Leadership, with a focus on Technology and Engineering. His expertise spans multiple industry segments and geographies, with a track record in high-performance global teams and turnaround scenarios. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from Andhra University and has completed advanced management programs from ISB and Kellogg School of Management.
