Cyient Limited announced key leadership changes following its Board Meeting held on March 3, 2026. Effective April 1, 2026, Mr. Shrinivas Kulkarni has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company. Mr. Kulkarni brings extensive experience in leading finance functions, including Corporate Finance, Business Finance, Treasury, Taxation, M&A, and Investor Relations. He previously served as CFO of Cyient DLM Limited, a subsidiary, where he played a key role in driving financial and operational efficiency. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India and has completed Global Leadership Programs at Wharton and ISB. Concurrently, Mr. Prabhakar Atla, the current CFO, will transition to the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO), also effective April 1, 2026. Mr. Atla possesses nearly 30 years of experience in Business and P&L Leadership, with a focus on Technology and Engineering across various industry segments and geographies. Both leaders will work together during the transition period to ensure a seamless closure of accounts for FY 2026.
