Dabur India Limited has announced the record date for its final dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26. The Board of Directors, in a meeting held on May 07, 2026, recommended a final dividend of ₹5.50 per share (550%). The company has fixed July 17, 2026, as the record date for determining the shareholders eligible to receive this dividend. The book closure period will be from Monday, July 20, 2026, to Friday, July 24, 2026, inclusive. This final dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), will be paid on or before September 04, 2026. The AGM is scheduled to be held on Thursday, August 06, 2026. The Notice of AGM and the Integrated Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26 will be submitted in due course.
