Data Patterns (India) Limited has issued a revised notice for its 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled to be held on Friday, July 31, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. IST. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing or Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM). Key businesses to be transacted at the AGM include the adoption of Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and the declaration of a Final Dividend of ₹10 per equity share of ₹2 each for the Financial Year 2025-26. The dividend, if declared, will be paid to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as of the close of business hours on Friday, July 24, 2026. Furthermore, the AGM will consider the re-appointment of Mr. Vijay Ananth K as Whole-Time Director for a term of five years from July 31, 2026, to July 30, 2031, with revised remuneration details. The re-appointment of Mr. Prasad Raghava Menon and Mr. Sowmyan Ramakrishnan as Independent Directors for a second term of three years, effective September 10, 2026, will also be proposed.
