DCB Bank Limited has announced a change in its joint statutory auditors for the financial year 2026-27. The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has conveyed its approval, subject to certain conditions, for the reappointment of M/s Varma & Varma, Chartered Accountants, for their third year. Additionally, M/s Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Chartered Accountants, has been appointed as a joint statutory auditor for the first year, replacing M/s B S R & Co. LLP. The outgoing auditors, M/s B S R & Co. LLP, will complete their term at the conclusion of the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). This reappointment and new appointment are subject to the approval of the Bank's Members at the ensuing AGM.
