DCX Systems Limited (DCX) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Raneal Advanced Systems Pvt. Ltd. (Raneal), has expanded its manufacturing capabilities with the addition of an oversized PCB assembly facility. This strategic enhancement allows the company to assemble and test large-dimension Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) up to 55 inches in length, catering to demanding applications primarily in the defense, aerospace, and industrial electronics sectors. The expansion includes capabilities for mission-critical backplane applications, advanced SMT and through-hole assembly integration, enhanced material handling, and improved process control for large-format assemblies. This development reinforces DCX's commitment to delivering high-quality, precision-engineered electronic manufacturing solutions. Dr. H.S. Raghavendra Rao, Chairman & Managing Director of DCX, stated that this expansion reflects ongoing investment in advanced manufacturing and better positions the company to serve evolving customer requirements in mission-critical electronics. He also announced that the company has already secured orders worth approximately ₹20.00 Crores for such oversized PCB assemblies.
